I have found a great site for free stock images. Take a look at MorgueFile.com, they have an array of photos that should be able to serve your graphic design needs. Also check out FreelanceDesigners.com for networking.

If your looking to create a nav bar with a drop-down menu there is a popular css technique called Son of Suckerfish. Take a look at the tutorial at www.htmldog.com. As for creating a nice multi-level, horizontal drop-down menu visit the tutorial at www.tanfa.uk. If you are looking for something more JavaScript driven try YADM (Yet Another Dynamic Menu). These sites have some good information and I recommend giving them a browse.

Just finished and uploaded Rising Sun Landscape Inc. new website rslandscapes.com. I built it as a informative site but wanted to keep it simple so the end user didnt't get lost in an overload of text. I created the gallery in flash and also decided to keep that quite simple and easy to use. Overall I think the site came out nicely and Rising Sun Landscape Inc. is very happy with the final product.
